FoodExpress Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules and responsibilities for using FoodExpress services.

📋 General Rules & User Conduct

Publishing Personal Info (PII)

Never share another user’s personal details. No exceptions.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in:

  • Breaking into or tampering with our systems.

  • Using our services for illegal or harmful activity.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.

  • Violating laws or regulations.

  • Reverse engineering or modifying our services without permission.

  • Disclosing or exploiting security issues without authorization.

  • Leaking confidential or proprietary information.

Impersonation & Abuse

Do not impersonate staff, doxx users, abuse the API, or attempt denial-of-service attacks. Violations will result in permanent bans and, if serious, legal action.

🛍️ Merchandise Webstore & Purchases

By purchasing physical merchandise (such as apparel or mugs) from the official FoodExpress Webstore, you agree to the following policies:

  • Management: The FoodExpress Webstore is specifically managed by Joseph, our Co-Chairman.

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment Delay: FoodExpress does not immediately submit or fulfill orders with our manufacturing supplier upon checkout. We implement a strict 2 to 3 business day holding period (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the moment your purchase is made. This brief delay allows the standard financial processing window for your payment method to clear and settle into our store funds. Once the transaction successfully clears, we utilize those settled funds to pay our external manufacturing supplier to fabricate and prepare your order.

  • Overall Processing & Shipping Window: Because of this initial 2–3 business day financial holding window combined with our custom, made-to-order manufacturing model, please allow up to 20 days total for your items to be fabricated, packed, and handed off to shipping carriers.

  • Returns & Exchanges: We handle returns, refunds, and exchanges strictly on a case-by-case basis under management discretion.

  • Return Address Restriction: Do not use the return address printed on any of your package shipping labels. That address belongs directly to our manufacturing supplier, and any items sent there will not be processed or credited. All authorized returns must be sent to us directly.

  • Support Ticket & Live Chat Requirement: To start a return, refund, or exchange, you must contact us via our website's Live Chat or by opening a Support Ticket inside the official FoodExpress Discord server: https://discord.gg/xwxwNxzr5E. You must reach out through one of these channels before attempting to mail back any items. Customer Support will provide you with the correct, official direct mailing address. Unauthorized returns sent without support verification will not be processed.

  • EU Right to Withdraw: Customers residing in the European Union (EU) have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. For custom or made-to-order merchandise, limitations may apply under applicable consumer laws. To exercise your right to withdraw, requests must be submitted exclusively through our official online form at https://shop.foodexpressbot.com/pages/withdrawal-form.

  • Shipping & Accuracy: You are entirely responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing details at checkout. FoodExpress is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address entry.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: Fraudulent chargebacks, disputes filed without contacting support first, or abuse of the billing system are strictly prohibited. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban across all FoodExpress and Daqinix services, platforms, and associated communities.

🛡️ System Security & Bug Reporting

Bug Reporting

When you report bugs, do not abuse the bug or disclose it for any reason outside of Daqinix's direct messages unless given explicit permission in writing. Otherwise, you will be IP banned across all Daqinix Services and, if serious, face legal action.

Pentesting Restriction

Pentesting our services or "testing for bugs in a malicious manner"—or by extension ANY Daqinix group, website, app, program, bot, etc., including FoodExpress—is highly prohibited. It is not permitted for any reason without explicit written permission from Daqinix. Non-compliance may lead to prosecution.

⚖️ Legal & Administration

Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, come to us directly. By using our services, you agree not to take legal action in court and instead resolve disputes through our internal process.

Account Security

Keep your account safe—your login, passwords, and linked services are your responsibility. Use strong passwords and enable 2FA where possible.

Account Termination, Suspensions & Restrictions

We can suspend, limit, revoke access, or terminate accounts that break rules or harm the platform or community at our discretion. This may be due to rule violations, legal obligations, or security concerns.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Accounts under this age will be banned.

Volunteer Staff

Staff positions are voluntary. They're community roles, not jobs—no contracts, no wages, just engagement and fun.

Intellectual Property

FoodExpress branding, assets, webstore designs, and content are protected by copyright. Do not copy, reuse, or redistribute without permission.

Virtual Diner License

We are using Virtual Diner's source code with explicit permission under license. All logos, branding, and assets created by us belong to FoodExpress and Daqinix Group. Base source code and CSS remains the property of Virtual Diner; modifications are owned by FoodExpress.

Liability Disclaimer

FoodExpress and the FoodExpress Webstore are provided "as is." We are not responsible for damages, losses, manufacturing defects, or shipping issues arising from the use of our services or purchase of merchandise beyond resolution of verified cases through the designated Discord support, Live Chat, or official EU withdrawal process.

Policy Updates

We can update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new rules. It is your responsibility to read these rules; we are not required to notify you of any changes.
